Accompagné·es de l’Agence Croûte, nous avons collaboré main dans la main avec les agent·es techniques, la communauté scolaire et les enfants pour concevoir, jardiner et fabriquer des aménagements sur mesure dans la cour de l’école maternelle et celle de l’école primaire. À l’issue du projet, les enfants ont revêtu leurs plus beaux costumes de plantes, d’insectes et d’oiseaux pour accueillir Tip’Taupe et sa famille lors d’un spectacle inaugural ! Depuis, les taupes ont investi les lieux : elles creusent des galeries dans les espaces végétalisés des cours, jouent avec les fresques, les marquages et le mobilier, et défilent en top-modèles sur le ponton, à la nuit tombée… Merci à la ville de Penmarc'h, merci à l’école Auguste Dupouy pour son accueill chaleureux et merci aux agent·es techniques pour leur investissement sans faille ! <img l’association Au Maquis, le café villageois est un lieu culturel et social situé au cœur du Luberon, à Lauris.À l’automne 2025, nous avons été sollicités pour concevoir et réaliser des aménagements dédiés aux enfants, en les associant au processus de création au sein de ce grand espace de verdure.Avec les enfants du centre de loisirs de Lauris, nous avons mené des ateliers pour explorer le site, identifier les usages existants et imaginer des structures de jeux à y déployer.Nous avons ainsi pensé une structure hybride faisant à la fois office d’observatoire, de cabane et d’espace de jeu, avec un mur d’escalade et un toboggan pour les plus grands. Pour accompagner cette aventure, un personnage un peu spécial s’est invité : Déter, le ver de terre. Sa mission ? Nous aider à imaginer ce qui se cache sous le béton, retrouver la terre et les insectes oubliée de leurs cours d’école.Avec les 9 classes, de la petite section au CM2, nous avons observé, imaginé et construit ensemble : aménagements paysagers, mobilier, fresques et marquages.Petit à petit, les cours se sont transformées en espaces fleuris, plus frais, plus vivants et plus ludiques.Un grand merci à la commune de Bizanos et à ses services techniques avec qui nous avons beaucoup aimé collaborer.Bravo aux enfants et aux équipes pédagogiques pour leur énergie lors de la déambulations festive dans (Biennale Insulaire des espaces d’art de Genève), cette fois-ci pour réaliser le bar de l’évènement. Pendant 10 jours, cette biennale rassemble sans sélection près de 100 collectifs du Grand Genève. Pensée comme un havre de tranquillité au coeur du Bois de la Bâtie, cette BIG prend un peu de hauteur pour interroger les notions de soin et de repos dans le contexte actuel de la scène indépendante genevoise.Imaginé par Aurèle, Maud et Thibaut, le bar est conçu comme un comptoir marchand, il s’ouvre et se ferme en fonction de son activité et de sa fréquentation.A l’instar des enseignes du bord du lac ou de la plaine de Plainpalais, son fronton lui permet d’être facilement identifiable le long de la promenade et, le soir tombé, de se détacher de la forêt.Les matériaux mis en œuvre sont soit des éléments préfabriqués d’installations temporaires (échafaudage) soit issus de filières de réemploi de chantiers de démolition.Cette matière, façonnée sur site, est assemblée temporairement avant de repartir dans un circuit de réutilisation grâce à des assemblages réversibles et avec peu de coupe.Merci à l’équipe de la BIG pour son accueil chaleureux et les bons moments passés dans le bois de la Bâtie !Merci à Adrien et Tristan qui nous ont prêté main-forte pour ce chantier ! crédits photos Agence Croûte yakafokon Pour la deuxième année consécutive, l’Agence Croûte et le collectif yakafokon participent au programme Chifoumi, porté par le CAUE Finistère, visant à expérimenter des projets sur mesure, économes et durables.À l’école Thomas Donnard de Penmarc’h, au cœur du pays Bigouden, le projet transforme la cour en un espace végétalisé, ludique et partagé, en repensant la place des enfants dans les aménagements. Ancré dans un territoire au riche patrimoine maritime, le site bénéficie d’une situation singulière. Pignon sur mer, l’école s’implante dans un cadre exceptionnel, bercée par les embruns, les marées, les chalutiers et les planches de surf.Matériaux, palette végétale et univers graphique font écho au territoire. Deux grandes dunes-rochers structurent la cour, créant du relief et des points d’observation à hauteur d’enfant pour observer les bateaux au loin.Sur une année, nous avons construit le projet en collaboration avec la Ville, les services techniques, les équipes pédagogiques, mais surtout avec les enfants !Cinq classes, de la petite section au CM2, nous ont accompagnés dans le diagnostic, la conception, l’aménagement paysager, le chantier et les interventions graphiques.Durant la phase de chantier, nous avons eu la chance de vivre l’expérience d’habiter en collectif au sein de l’école pendant deux semaines, en immersion dans cet écrin de sel, la cour d’école devenant à la fois terrain de jeu et lieu de vie.La clôture de cette année scolaire de projet a pris la forme d’une grande célébration inaugurale, avec un spectacle invitant enfants et adultes à danser, à applaudir, puis à prendre le goûter.Un grand merci au CAUE Finistère, à la Ville de Penmarc’h, à l’école Thomas budget 40 000€ crédits photos yakafokon Début 2024, le collectif yakafokon a été sollicité par la Société Publique des Écoles Marseillaises (SPEM) afin d’imaginer des aménagements dans une rue piétonne située entre l’ancienne école Busserade et le nouveau groupe scolaire Simone de Beauvoir dans le quartier de la Belle-de-Mai.Avec la SPEM et en collaboration avec l’équipe enseignante de l’école Busserade et l’agence Hessamfar &amp; Vérons architectes, nous avons défini un cadre pour développer un programme éducatif et concevoir un projet sur-mesure.Au printemps, Aline, Victor, Sophia et Gaëtan ont mené des ateliers sur le chantier et en classe. Avec les enfants, nous avons imaginé des aménagement inspirés de la cartographie d’une rivière. La rivière dessine un parcours et un décor qui transforme la rue en aire de vie et de jeu insolite pour les enfants où les mobiliers jalonnent ce parcours.Á la rentrée, Louise et Aurèle ont rejoint l’équipe ainsi qu’Aela Lebreton avec qui nous avons collaboré·es pour ce chantier ! Tout au long de l’aventure, nous avons été accompagnés par les enfants de 14 classes de la petite section au CM2, les équipes éducatives ainsi que les enfants du centre de loisirs et leurs animateur·ices pour diagnostiquer, concevoir et réaliser les aménagements paysagers, le mobilier, les fresques et les marquages des cours.Ensemble, nous avons tenté de transformer les cours en des espaces rafraîchis, partagés et ludiques.La réalisation du projet a été permis grâce à l’investissement humain et matériel des services techniques de Pont l’Abbé à chaque étape de chantier.Un grand Contrat de Ville Rouen Habitat Centré André Malraux budget 14 000€ crédits photos yakafokon Dans le cadre des Débats des mémoires rouennaises, soutenus par la Métropole et le Contrat de ville, le collectif a imaginé et réalisé une œuvre en hommage à l’immeuble "La Banane" en collaboration avec un groupe d'adolescent·es du quartier des Hauts de Rouen, .Construit en 1959, "La Banane" était, avec ses 390 mètres de long, l’un des plus longs immeubles d’habitation d’Europe, abritant 200 logements. À partir de 2018, les premiers habitants ont progressivement quitté les lieux, et ces derniers ont été relogés. Symbole emblématique du quartier, l’immeuble a ensuite été partiellement démoli à l’aube de l’année 2024.Ce projet, à la fois mémoire, mobilier urbain et maquette géante, se matérialise sous la forme d’un objet monolithique reprenant la silhouette de "La Banane", réduit à une échelle de 1/33ème. Le travail de collecte d’images et de souvenirs mené avec les adolescent·es a permis de créer une série d’illustrations qui se dévoilent en creux sur la façade, à côté des nombreuses fenêtres du Quand on la regarde de très près ? Qu’est-ce qu’on voit quand on prend le temps de s’arrêter là où on passe tous les jours ? Quelles histoires racontent les bâtiments quand ils·elles parlent ? Pendant deux semaines, Omer, Seyda, Eda, Ibrahim, Esma, Enzo, Semih, Thalya, Pharell, Junior ont varié les échelles, du plus grand au plus petit : de la ville de Val-de-Reuil à l’arbre du coin de la Rue Grande; de la place des Quatre-Saisons au monsieur qui boit son café, assis à la terrasse du Signal; de l’éco-quartier des Noés à cette poule qui picore à côté du poulailler. Ils·elles ont zoomé et dézoomé, plié et déplié, se sont approchés et éloignés. Ces expériences d’écriture, de dessin, d’architecture et de théâtre ont été accompagnées par Aurèle, Morgane, Marion, Victor et Maïa avec le collectif la bourlingue. Elles ont été réalisées à Val-de-Reuil entre octobre 2023 et mars 2024.
