	Dans le cadre du dispositif la Culture s’anime 2022 (DRAC) en collaboration avec La Youle Compagnie et le centre social Simon Viel, le collectif a réalisé avec les jeunes du quartier Grammont à Rouen, un gradin montable-démontable à l’été 2022.La compagnie de théâtre et de poésie la Youle, installée à Grammont, travaille depuis plusieurs années avec le centre social du quartier et les habitant·es sur la mémoire du quartier en pleine mutation. A travers le théâtre, la compagnie a l’ambition d’activer une friche afin de faire découvrir aux habitant·es du quartier l’ensemble des métiers liés à la création artistique et de proposer des activités en lien avec le spectacle vivant.Ce gradin démontable a été réalisé grâce aux plans techniques en libre accès du centre de ressources pour les arts de la rue et de l’espace public, Le Fourneau.Merci la Youle, on se revoit vite pour la suite des aventures.

	L’espace de la veilleuse a été conçu et réalisé à l’occasion de la quatrième édition du festival Les Effusions. 

La scène est constituée d’un kiosque, de gradins, d’un bar, d’une caravane et d’éléments de mobilier.La disposition des objets qui composent la veilleuse décrit un cercle d’environ 15m de diamètre sur lequel s’accrochent les gradins, le bar, le kiosque et la caravane. La sensation recherchée est celle d’un cocon où les objets dialoguent entre eux de façon dynamiqueLe kiosque est une petite structure de plan carrée, ajourée sur ses 4 côtés et équipée de deux niveaux de planchers, l’un au niveau du sol, l’autre à 3m de hauteur. Ces deux plateformes sont accessibles, la plus basse étant pensée pour les artistes et notamment les DJs, l’autre étant destinée à accueillir du public.

De février à juin 2022, le collectif yakafokon a mené le premier volet de la résidence de territoire auprès de 4 classes de l’école élémentaire Villon dans le quartier des Hauts de Rouen. Avec les enfants, nous avons exploré la thématique du jeu dans l’espace public.
La résidence a connu deux grandes phases :- Une phase de réflexion et de conception sous la forme d’ateliers en classe et de balades exploratoires dans le quartier.- Un chantier collectif où les enfants ont rejoint les constructeur·rices de l’équipe afin de réaliser une installation, à la fois gradin et grande tablée, qui investit un lieu important dans la vie quotidienne des enfants du quartier mais faiblement équipé, le plateau, espace ouvert situé à l’interface de deux écoles.

Au cours de l’année scolaire 2022-2023, le collectif yakafokon a continué sa résidence de création et d’actions culturelles auprès de 4 classes de l’école élémentaire Villon.Pour cette année, le corps enseignant et le collectif ont souhaité maximiser le temps de chantier collectif. Une phase de conception s’est déroulée en classe au mois de mars suivis de deux semaines de chantier, de manipulation d’outils et de peinture au mois de mai et de juinL’équipe yakafokon s'est donc installée de nouveau sur le plateau de l’école afin de réaliser en collaboration avec enfants les structures conçues lors des temps d’atelier: des modules vélos, des bancs, un manche à air, une cabane dans un arbre…Ce projet était le deuxième volet de la résidence en partenariat avec la ville de Rouen.Le collectif remercie la direction de la culture, jeunesse et vie associative de la ville de Rouen, le service “politique de la ville” de Rouen ainsi que Rouen Habitat, pour leur soutien financier qui a rendu ce projet possible.

Il y a plusieurs années que nous réfléchissons collectivement à la place accordée aux enfants dans les aménagements urbains : nous y percevons le point de convergence de problématiques sociales et environnementales à la résolution desquelles nous souhaitons contribuer.À l’automne 2021, dans le cadre d'une résidence de recherche, nous passons un mois en Allemagne. Au cours de ce voyage qui nous conduit à travers Hanovre, Hambourg et Berlin, nous nous intéressons à la place que ces villes accordent formellement aux enfants et aux jeunes.A notre retour, nous décidons de raconter cette expérience, pendant deux ans, nous nous attelons à la rédaction, puis à l'édition de notre première publication.Entre le carnet de voyage et l’étude documentée, nous y partageons les observations, les rencontres et les apprentissages éprouvés au cours des quatre semaines que nous avons passées outre-Rhin. Nous essayons d'y faire exister la diversité de nos sensibilités dans un exercice d’écriture à plusieurs mains : tout en assumant notre diversité de ton, nous souhaitons porter le propos d’une seule et même voix. Cet ouvrage se veut une porte d’entrée sur notre démarche et notre ambibiton d’ouvrir tout en grand des espaces de discussion.La publication kinder+ est tirée à 300 exemplaires.&#38;nbsp;

En 2023, le collectif est invité à participer à la BIG pour la réalisation d’un abri à côté de l'accueil du festival.Cette Biennale propose de fédérer les espaces d’art et collectifs artistiques locaux qui se positionnent en dehors d’un rapport marchand au monde et d'ouvrir leurs univers au grand public.Pour l'édition 2023, ce sont 87 espaces d’art et collectifs artistiques qui ont pris le temps de s’ancrer durant 17 jours de biennale. À travers l’insularité, la BIG 2023 rassemble des îlots artistiques épars qui ont le pouvoir de former ensemble un archipel multiforme. Précédée par six semaines de construction collective, elle propose un tout de plus de 100 interventions sur terre et sur l’eau, le tout complètement gratuit.Pour la structure de l'abri, le collectif a fait le choix de récupérer une serre comme point de départ afin de répondre aux contraintes de temps et de budget. La question qui nous a ensuite animé fût : comment rendre une serre habitable et fraîche en été ?Nous avons récupéré des restes de bâches d'échafaudages des autres chantiers de la BIG et nous avons construit un ombrage reprenant les principes de la grue. L’intérieur a été meublé simplement: un lit, une table basse, une lampe de chevet et un kit de secourisme.

Le programme CHIFOUMI a pour ambition de tester la réalisation de projets sur-mesure et abordables, économes et durables, pensés avec les usager·es et conçus avec les gestionnaires, présentant des modalités et des solutions adaptées aux communes rurales et petites villes du département.Au cours de l’année scolaire 2023-2024, l’Agence Croûte et le collectif yakafokon sont intervenus pour aménager 4 cours d’école à Pont l’Abbé ; la cour de l’école maternelle Kerarthur et trois cours au sein de l’école élémentaire Jules Ferry. Tout au long de l’aventure, nous avons été accompagnés par les enfants de 14 classes de la petite section au CM2, les équipes éducatives ainsi que les enfants du centre de loisirs et leurs animateur·ices pour diagnostiquer, concevoir et réaliser les aménagements paysagers, le mobilier, les fresques et les marquages des cours.Ensemble, nous avons tenté de transformer les cours en des espaces rafraîchis, partagés et ludiques.La réalisation du projet a été permis grâce à l’investissement humain et matériel des services techniques de Pont l’Abbé à chaque étape de chantier.Un grand merci au CAUE du Finistère, à la ville de Pont l’Abbé, à l’équipe de la cantine, aux animateur·ices du centre de loisirs, aux écoles Jules Ferry et Kerarthur, à Marina et Claire et aux ami·es du Finistère.

Dans le cadre des Débats des mémoires rouennaises, soutenus par la Métropole et le Contrat de ville, le collectif a imaginé et réalisé une œuvre en hommage à l’immeuble "La Banane" en collaboration avec un groupe d'adolescent·es du quartier des Hauts de Rouen, .Construit en 1959, "La Banane" était, avec ses 390 mètres de long, l’un des plus longs immeubles d’habitation d’Europe, abritant 200 logements. À partir de 2018, les premiers habitants ont progressivement quitté les lieux, et ces derniers ont été relogés. Symbole emblématique du quartier, l’immeuble a ensuite été partiellement démoli à l’aube de l’année 2024.Ce projet, à la fois mémoire, mobilier urbain et maquette géante, se matérialise sous la forme d’un objet monolithique reprenant la silhouette de "La Banane", réduit à une échelle de 1/33ème. Le travail de collecte d’images et de souvenirs mené avec les adolescent·es a permis de créer une série d’illustrations qui se dévoilent en creux sur la façade, à côté des nombreuses fenêtres du bâtiment.
